These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Genesys Network platform and services operated by EVE.CALLS INC ("Company", "we", "us").

1. Service Description

Genesys Network is a social media growth and analytics platform. Users can discover trending content, monitor audience metrics across connected social media accounts, and use GNC Service Credits to increase the visibility of their content through our promotion services.

2. GNC Service Credits

• GNC Service Credits ("Credits") are consumable digital goods used within the platform.
• Credits are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation.
• Credits may be used to access premium features and promotion services within the platform.
• Credits have no cash value outside the platform.
• Unused credits do not expire.

3. Connected Accounts

You may connect your social media accounts to Genesys Network using the official sign-in methods provided by each platform. By connecting an account, you authorize us to access your public profile information and engagement metrics for display within the app. We do not collect or store your social media passwords.

4. Purchases and Payments

• All purchases are made directly from Genesys Network (EVE.CALLS INC), not through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.
• By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method.

5. Refund Policy

GNC Service Credits are non-refundable digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable third-party terms of service.
• You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software comprising the Genesys Network platform are the property of EVE.CALLS INC or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVE.CALLS INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
