Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of GNC Service Credits on the Genesys Network platform operated by EVE.CALLS INC.

Non-Refundable Digital Goods

GNC Service Credits are non-refundable digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  1. Credits are delivered instantly to your account upon payment confirmation.
  2. Credits are non-refundable once delivered.
  3. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency.
  4. Unused credits do not expire.

Billing Errors

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@genesysnetwork.org within 48 hours of the transaction. Refunds for billing errors are issued at our sole discretion and only when there is clear evidence of a system or processing error.

Unauthorized Charges

If you believe your payment method was used without your authorization, please contact your card issuer immediately and then reach out to us at support@genesysnetwork.org.
