This Privacy Policy describes how EVE.CALLS INC ("Company", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Genesys Network platform and mobile application.
Account Information. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.
Device Information. We collect device model, operating system version, and a unique device identifier to provide and secure our services.
Social Media Account Data. When you connect a social media account, we access your public profile information (username, profile picture, follower and engagement metrics) to display analytics within the app. We do not collect or store your social media passwords.
Payment Information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details. We receive transaction identifiers, amounts, and payment status from Stripe to fulfill your orders.
Usage Data. We collect information about how you use the platform, including features accessed, content viewed, and interaction patterns to improve our services.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure token-based authentication, and access controls on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Genesys Network includes an optional encrypted connection feature powered by the WireGuard protocol. When enabled, it encrypts all network traffic between your device and our secure servers, protecting your data from interception on public Wi-Fi networks and untrusted connections.
This feature is designed to safeguard your personal information — including account data and analytics — while using the app on shared or public networks.
What we do NOT collect through the encrypted connection:
Connection metadata (session duration, data transferred) may be retained for up to 24 hours for service reliability purposes, then automatically deleted. You may enable or disable the encrypted connection at any time within the app.
We may use third-party analytics and advertising services (such as Google Analytics and Meta) to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and understand how users discover our platform. These services may collect anonymized usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
On iOS, we will request your permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking that links your data to third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes. You can change this preference at any time in your device settings.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@genesysnetwork.org. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Genesys Network is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
